Heartbroken

I had dated this guy since high school. And finally after almost 3 years, he breaks up with me because I was asking him to sacrifice a bit more time to me, cutting his time with his friends. I leave for college on Sunday and today would have been the last time i would have seen him until a break. I'm honestly so devestated and heart broken and I don't know what to do. I'm depressed. We had made promises to spend the rest of our lives together, to start a family together, and grow old together. Throwing that all away, he tells me he's not happy anymore. He still loves me but he isn't happy so he ends things. I need advice on what to do...I still love him a lot and I just want to cry in a corner and die
