not sure what to think

my period was due the 5th. never came. took a test this past Saturday (August 11th) and it came back with a faint positive. couldn't believe what I was seeing so maybe 5 hours later I took another and still got a faint positive. I went to the clinic today to confirm and they got a negative.. I know I seen a positive the other day so I went to dollar general and grabbed one of their dollar test (completely different from what showed positive ) and I got a negative. I've had slight cramping, which I've had with my previous 2 pregnancies, sore breasts, &Nausea.; Both the clinic and my doctors office are refusing to do a blood test until TWO MONTHS FROM NOW. 😒 could I possibly be suffering a miscarriage or do you guys think I'm too early for them to detect anything. I just want to cry 🙁
