Father in-law passed away today

My husband’s dad passed away today. He was really close to his dad. Even though we’ve live a good bit away from his family for some years now. He cried about it earlier, maybe like twice. I held him and fried to. He’s okay for now. Playing the game online and talking and laughing online with his friends. I’m still sitting here trying to wrap my mind around it and still crying a little on and off. Mainly when I think of like the memories with his dad. Just feels weird. 😔 I wish no one ever had to experience losing someone they love so much. If I lost my mom, I probably wouldn’t even be able to function or laugh or anything. I’d probably just want to curl up and die. But I know we all grieve differently. I think it hasn’t really hit him hard yet because we’re not there with his family yet. (He’s military, so we have to wait until he has his papers signed.) before we can go be with them.
