Anxiety

I have always had really bad anxiety. I’ve had it since about 3rd grade (I’m 20 now). I get panic/anxiety attacks really bad when I wake up early, mostly for work or school, even if I get a good nights sleep. I have been taken out of high school because of it. However I just got a new job and will be starting college soon but I already have anxiety attacks. I have lost many jobs because my anxiety. I have tried therapy, classes and pills but nothing helps! Any advice? 😭
