Should I leave?

So, my Husband keeps fucking up ever since we have been together I have no idea what to do I’ll give u what he’s done.

We started dating October 9 2015

He left for the military in January(2016)I got pregnant in December (2015) (side note)before he left he was txting this girl I had a problem with her and the way she flirted i addressed it to him he told me he would block her and never speak to her again I told him he didn’t have to and he said no it’s done I told him u no she stays blocked then right and he told me yes

I had my son August 19 2016 I was in the hospital for 2 days after that so he went out to lunch with one of his friends and I told him go have fun (felt bad he was stuck in the hospital with me all day so he could leave then come back said it was one of his friends asking questions about the military)so November(2016) roles around for shits and giggles I was on my Mac and I wanted to see if I could connect his phone to my laptop I just figured out I could do it with my phone and I not gonna lie snooped on his messages

I figured out the day I was in the hospital he went out to eat with his friend and that girl went with him

Then I figured out he had been talking to his ex since October(2016) (side note he left back up to his marine base so I was at home alone with my baby in a different state) I saw that he had hung up from FaceTiming me to call and talk to this ex and that girl and he would like when I asked who it was and say random # (this ex was an ex he was very serious about and that he always told me he didn’t love me he loved her when we were in high school ) (I am only 18 rn I’m 3 years younger than my husband)

We fought about it and everything eventually I forgave him I told him no more block then he said ok

December (2016) we were camping I was on his sc and I noticed he had 2 of the same friend I pressed on it and it was the girl that he said he would block he had been talking to her behind my back again.

I stupidly forgave him

He got discharged from the military in March (2017)left me that may (2017)for taking a night to my self and sleeping at my grandmas I (pathetically ) begged for him back he got back with my at the end of June (2017) a lot of stuff passed by nothing bad fights here and then we got married February (2018) a week after we got married I figured out he was spending money on video games and food for himself when we’re basically broke And he maxed out 3 credit cards while he was in the military so we are in a huge amount of debt while I try to scrap together money for our sons diapers he his buying himself food and video games with a card I didn’t no about I forgave him we had just gotten married and I did not wanna go through a huge thing now August (2018) (A huge mess happened with the people we were living with they attacked me and we had to immediately move out ) (FYI we have 2 dogs just to show it’s not just us 3 ) so my dogs are with friends of friends I live with my grandma (it was to expensive to live we’re I am now so my husband moved a little upstate where it’s cheaper and got an ok job (WE OUR SCRAPPING PENNYS TOGETHER For my sons birthday!!) he tells me he bought us a sex toy to relieve stress from everything cuz he was coming down in 2 weeks .i check the bank he took $130 out of our account for it (a hog tie) so I yelled and was mad but let it go then he came down and I found the receipt 17.99 for hog tie ....what the fuck I asked him and he told me that he was charged 130 cash at first I believed him, I told him to go back and get his money back so he left to go back up (he came down for our sons birthday ) and shits and giggles I called the place they said no it’s 17.99 ... I called my husband on Skype and asked him 5 different times and told him the first time tell me now and nothing will happen but he made me ask 5 times ( he told me the truth he lied he bought the hog tie for as it was said and spent the rest on food and take out and soda ....we are struggling with money and trying to afford a place to go into and I have no idea what to do so plz answer I don’t care how it looks asking strangers I need help.... so plz just plz answer the pole I’m tired of making choices like this I have a 2 year old little boy I need to take care of so plz... thank you for reading and comments are welcome
