Courthouse Wedding?

My boyfriend (23) and I (20)are talking about getting eloped at the courthouse without telling anyone and later on having a fake "actual" wedding ( Both our families would pop a gasket if we told them we had a courtroom wedding). We have been together for almost 4 years and we have a baby together as well. We have been talking about getting married for more than a year now but due to circumstances beyond our control we have decided our best option was was to just do it now. I want to tell my boyfriend i want to him actually propose to me before then as to me this is a really big deal as i always wanted to have an actual expericence of the whole think but all i ask is that he does a real proposal (i dont care if others see i just want him to actually mean that he wants to marry me and not due to our circumstance.) and i want to be able to wear a white dress for the ceremony (really dont mind if its actual wedding dress). Basically im asking how do i ask him to do that without sounding like a bitch? and is fair for me to even ask him of that?
