Sleep training
Did anyone have success sleep training their LO without using cry it out methods? We tried that and he just cried so much he’d make himself gag/choke & then he would never settle. He’d cry so long it would roll into his next feeding & we’d start the process all over again.
He sleeps GREAT 8-6 through the night (in his crib) without a feeding, but naps are atrocious unless he’s sleeping on my husband or myself.
HELP!
