I’m so drained

My boyfriend and I fight a lot. We just fought tonight. He has a bit of a temper and I’m always being told he doesn’t care or doesn’t give a single fuck. He says whatever or sighs really loudly and says oh my god.

I really tried tonight to speak calmly and ask what was bothering him or what I was doing wrong because he said “I know your secret” (???) we were on the topic of social media here. And I’m not hiding anything? So I don’t understand but I try to ask what was bothering him anyways. I say you can see everything I do on Instagram and there’s nothing I’m hiding. He just says “it’s fine”

He called me a baby for overreacting and always calls me a baby or a drama queen when I get hurt or sad. I don’t know what to do anymore

I know it sounds really mean but at the end of the day I know he doesn’t mean it and I do love him and want this relationship to work. Sometimes it just really hurts and I don’t have anyone to talk to about it. I’m in need of support
