Different sex drive

My boyfriend and I have different sex drives. Mines is higher than his. I would like to at least have sex a few times a week. If it was up to him we can go up to almost a month without sex. Sometimes I think he isn’t attracted to me but he says that isn’t the case. It’s affecting my confidence in initiating sex in fear of rejection. I don’t know if I’m just overthinking it. I feel like this is going to affect our relationship. I’m not sure what I should do.
