Not into it anymore

So my boyfriend and I have a strange, complicated relationship. I left my ex husband to move back home (from Indiana to NJ). I have always had an INSANELY high sex drive. It was the biggest issue in my marriage and I had a couple of affairs which I am not proud of but that's what it is.

Anyway. When I first moved in with my boyfriend in April I wanted sex all the time (which is normal for me) and the sex is incredible but the last month I have just not been interested AT ALL. I don't feel any differently about my boyfriend but I do have PCOS and PMDD and I am tired a lot lately but I just don't want to have sex. Has anyone else gone through a down period of time? I want my sex drive back. It's stressing me out.
