Need some advice with my newborn!!

I have an almost 3 week old baby boy who sleeps in a bassinet in our room. He is a SERIOUS grunter though and it’s keeping me and my husband (mostly me) awake almost all night! I read that it could either be reflux or just baby trying to make a bowel movement and not knowing quite how to relax his muscles to do it quietly yet. I’m debating whether to try putting him in his own room with a video monitor or buying a rock n’ play for our room and seeing if sleeping at more of an incline helps. Any moms go through this??? If so, what worked for you? I’ll take any advice!
