Am I PREGNANT?

I was diagnosed with Pcos about 2 years ago. Before I was taking the proper m dictation my periods was all over the place at one point of time I didn’t have a period for almost a whole year . I was given Metformin that I rarely take and before that I was given birth control to regulate my cycles . I’ve been having a cycle every month like usual but this month my period is late I was suppose to start o start on the 15th and today is the 25th I do not have sore boobs but I have been experiencing mild cramps at the bottom of my stomach and my vagina have this clear and watery discharge at first the discharge was so bad I thought I was starting my cycle but it was just the secretion . I’m very confused because I do have Pcos so the cramps could be a sign of that but what about the discharge
