Consuming to much!!

I have a lot of food allergies there for 
I have been sticking to all natural, some organic (have to read ingredients) and basically all fresh no frozen.  
Anyway I have a lose it app and I'm always under my calorie count, but on the wheel that pin points the exact protein and fat.  It says I consume a lot of sodium and fat.  I put in the app for breakfast- silk soy yogurt
Lunch- 1 chili dog
Supper- Chef salad with organic dressing. 
And my snack was peanut butter and celery. It said I consumed 57 % fat and the rest protein. But 1,200 of sodium.  I though healthy food was better for me what am I doing wrong?  Or is that a pretty good count?
