Exercise advice please!
I finally had my 6 week postpartum checkup and everything is looking good. Before I was pregnant I was moderately active. Enough to feel healthy and good about myself. I've always ate pretty well and had a good balanced diet. I've been fortunate enough to have a smooth pregnancy as well as labor and delivery. I did have a 2nd degree tear so it took a while to heal but everything's good now. What are some good exercises to tighten everything up? Since giving birth my butt and thighs are much larger and have a good amount of cellulite now. I'm not ashamed of how I look and I'm still comfortable in my own skin but I'd also like to try and get toned back up. Thanks for any tips you ladies might have!
