What were you signs of labor if you had your baby before 37 weeks?

I had a labor scare 4 days ago. I wasn’t dilated or thinner out any, thank goodness. I’m 30 weeks today. Contractions, which I’m sure were a Braxton Hicks because I could move through them, that where 3-5 minutes apart for 2-3 hrs. I slowed down and rested at home (thank goodness for my laid back 2 year old) and felt a little better. Today I got out of the house feeling good and took my son to play and when we got home a few hrs later I’m having full on contractions. I’m so scared I’m going to have this baby early, guys.
