Can my friend come to my baby shower...

My friend told me today her one year old has hand foot mouth virus. I read you can be contagious for 3 weeks and if a pregnant mother catches it close to delivery, she may pass it to her infant. My baby shower is next weekend (7 days from today and child likely still contagious). There will be other children there. How do I tell my friend her child shouldn’t come? I also feel uncomfortable being around the mother, since she has been exposed to it. I’ll be 35 weeks next week and that feels too close to delivery for me to be around that. Should I also ask her to stay back and we can catch up another time? Ugh I feel so bad/awkward but I also don’t want to put my unborn baby at risk.
