Any Smoking Mommies?

How r you dealing? Have you went cold turkey ? Are you cutting back ? I’m looking for a few mommies that can be supportive towards one another! I’m struggling!

Non-judgmental comments from people who are struggling too. 
Idk what people say, it’s hard to quit smoking in general, and when you suddenly get that BFP you feel guilty as all get out but you know that quitting cold-Turkey will do more harm than good. 
I’ve been told by my doc to taper down. I suffer from anxiety and panic disorder so I have to slowly taper my way down or I could sent myself to the hospital, yet I feel super horrible that I can’t just stop. 
I feel ya ladies. It’ll get easier, I’ve been chewing more gum(regular gum) and went to an ultra lights 🤢 it’s the little changes, and eventually I’ll be 100% smoke free, until then I’m reminding myself I’m not a POS and I’m doing what I can because I do love this baby so much already 💕

Smoker here aswell, i used to only smoke when at work and still do but instead of having 7+ a shift i try to only have one or 2. one upon arrival, one upon departure

I really hope all of you are able to cut back significantly or quit altogether!! I know it’s gotta be hard. I’m not a smoker but I love pop!! I’ve been trying to cut back on my caffeine and it’s so difficult. Good luck to you all!

I quit cigarettes in January. I’ve been vaping ever since. I’m currently mixing non nicotine liquid with a 35 mg liquid until i taper off nicotine altogether. I trust the liquid more than I would a lit cigarette.

I’m a pack a day smoker but I cold turkey it when I get my BFP. Did it for the last 2 pregnancies and now with this one. I plan to not pick it back up this time after baby is born. The guilt is was makes it possible for me to go cold turkey but some people need more help. I’ve heard patches are fine to use, but I’d ask your doctor.

I'm in the same boat ladies, it's hard! I used to be a pack a day person too, and I've cut back to 2-3/day but on my days off, I go over that. I've made the decision to just cut them out all together after this pack and use vaping to help me wean off. I've just been told that quitting cold turkey can shock the baby?!? I'm terrified of a miscarriage! Why did we ever start smoking in the first place?!?

I’m down to about 3-4 a day but I was at almost a pack a day before BFP 😩 I just found out I was expecting this past Saturday 8/25 and I attempted cold turkey and 2 days in had a complete meltdown ANXIETY at its best ! I feel awful

Yes me now I'm using viper if u are a really smoker go for something that u can refill the liquid into it more cheap and get 50 mg took me 2week to get use to it dont get a big looking one get a sample and small ones make sure u get  the one mix with salts it more safe and test better it really help alot and u can smoke inside ur car home in the bedroom bathroom..
