Keto sides

So I’m relatively new to keto and I’ve read the books but I don’t understand the whole macros and what I need to get each day basically I’ve been adding homemade ranch(because it’s so full of fat) and cheese to everything with a vegetable I really am just wondering what are good sides to to dishes that will help me get balanced nutrients I need I usually just have a plain meat and vegetable, what else can I try?
