Did a noise/sound machine help your LO?
Trying to find something that will help my LO sleep better. It’s not hard getting her down for naps or bedtime, it’s getting her to stay asleep. I’m exhausted and will try anything. She is 6 months old and still wakes every few hours to nurse at night.
So if you tried a noise/sound machine and it helped your LO please let me know which one!
