Boyfriend got a boner?

I was just wondering... I was crying once after we had an argument.. or once I cried just from being upset about a problem, and he was sitting next to me on a bench and the moment I stopped (I was looking down crying) I see that he has a boner?

And I just poked it and said wait you had that the whole time?? And he said I don’t know why I have it :/
