IUD Help!
Ok so Im new to the group and this app but I recently had an iud inserted a few weeks ago and I'm still having bad cramps and my sex life with my fiance soon to be wife has been non existent, but before we were like rabbits. How do I spice it back up and how rough can we be with the iud??
