Missing one sugar pill?

What do I do if I accidentslly miss or am late taking a sugar/inactive pill? Do I just take the next sugar pill the next day and continue from there?

It’s perfectly fine to miss/be late with the sugar pills. Technically, u don’t even need to take them, since they don’t contain any hormones. The sugar pills are basically there to keep u in the habit of taking a pill everyday. As long as ur taking the active pills properly/consistently (including starting new packs on time), then that’s all that matters & ur continuously protected.

I dont even take my sugar pills lol they’re placebo meaning theres no medicine to them. They’re only there to keep you on schedule. So its perfectly fine to miss one as long as you remember to start the next pack on time
