Scared I’m pregnant

I’m 17 and there’s a possibility he came in me last Monday. I took a plan B but NOT right away I took it the day after. It’s Wednesday today so it’s been a week and a few days and when I got home I realized how sore my breasts were and how heavy they felt and my nipples were swollen a bit. Also I hadn’t seen my friends in a few months and they were all telling me how my boobs grew so much and stuff. I hadn’t noticed a change but now I’m just so freaked out I’m pregnant. Is it even possible to have breast symtoms 1 week and 2 days after??? Also my period is in 8 days. Pls someone tell me it’s not
