I worked at goodwill only on the weekends and my bi weekly check was 160. You’d only be getting 140 for two weeks of watching children. No thanks.

I’m a full-time nanny for a 5 y/o boy and a 7 y/o girl. I make $750-$800 every two weeks and sometimes that doesn’t even feel enough. I work long days (4, 10hr days a week) and since I work in their home I’m also tidying up after myself and the kids, doing laundry, driving to and from school for pick ups and take them to their after school extracurriculars. It’s a lot of work to care for 2 children all day long. I make them 2 or three meals and a couple snacks, put together crafts, make sure the 7 y/o completes her homework etc. it’s not sustainable for anyone to work full time like that and not be fairly compensated. That’s rude and just wrong. I love the kids I work with and I don’t feel like my job is just for a paycheck every pay period but I couldn’t work there if I wasn’t getting paid.

$70/week....no. It's  $20/day/child minimum. Also depends on potty trained or not and she wants meal prep...not even.
