Dating Poly

I am currently dating a man who is polyamourous. I have a lot of friends who are also poly but I have never dated this way. I find myself very out of my element. I really like this guy more than I have in a while and he has been kind a patient with me and all my questons. Anyone have tips on helping me deal with my own self-doubt? Anyone who has dated polyamourously have any tips for a newbie like me? Book recommendations also welcome! Cheers, R
