Missed period negative test

Ok so I have been ttc for 3 yrs with 3 miscarriages and stillborn twins. I am hardly ever late and if I am it’s only by a day. I’m a week late I took a test last night it was negative. I’m nauseous, throwing up all of the above in that area. My boobs are sore, the least little smell from rooms away makes me gag. I can smell stuff long before I figure out what it is. I do have endometriosis. I started clomid this month the dr had me take it anyways even though I didn’t start my period without even testing me. Any opinions or advice is welcome. This is my first month on clomid and last month the only day we got was our highest chance day of 32%. Thanks for any help.

Can’t get in to see dr for a few more weeks so my only option on that is er or urgent care.
