Is it still ok?

So I am waiting for my ovulation to scheduled my IUI, I have been stressed lately and I wondering if it will be late than usually. Today is my day 14 and I don’t think it is coming yet, I checked last night( I am not on medication). I am wondering for my husband because doct said 3-5 days ( we are doing IUI because of his semen issues), last time was Sunday night so it’s already 3 days ,and not ovulation yet. Today I have to check around 3-4pm that’s what they told me. I am feeling little cramping but I am wondering if it will be late for my husband. Is the sperm good for 5-6 days ????
