Scary c-section and now pregnant again with #4

9 months ago I had my son and it was the scariest thing I ever went through. I’ve had c-sections before but this was just unreal. When I got to the hospital I was fully dialated and the doctor could see his head. She thought I could have him naturally. Then his heart rate dropped from 165 to 65 and they had to do an emergency c-section. I was scared but I had been through this before but nothing could prepare me for what was about to happen. My bladder got cut into and I had to have 6 hours of bladder surgery of the bladder experts sewing it back up. Then I had to wear a catheter for a week. And now I’m pregnant again. On accident. I was on birth control...I’m terrified of what might happen. Has anybody ever been through this? Or knows of someone that has been through this? I have my OB appointment on the 27th but this feels so far away.
