I am more terrified for my third c section

I’m so scared. I don’t know why I’m so nervous about this one when I’ve already been through it twice. The way the doctor was talking to me today just made it seem worse since I’ve already had two and the more you have the riskier it gets. He made it sound like I’m gonna die with all these things that could happen. I’m aware of the things that could happen but for some reason he was just more stern about this one cause it’s my third. I was already scared enough as it is.... now I’m petrified.
