HELP! Anxiety meds!!!

I have really bad generalized anxiety disorder and ptsd from years of sexual, physical, and psychological abuse.

I also have slight heart problems.

I'm not medicated, mostly out of fear. I've had to stop taking all birth control at 19 as it nearly killed me. Somehow the bc was amplifying my heart problems to the point of me being hospitalized on multiple occasions.

I want to get help with my anxiety but I'm worried the meds may hurt me as we are not quite sure what exactly caused my reaction to bc meds. I don't know really what to do.
