I don’t know what this is and doctors don’t seem to listen - please... help.!

Since last year, I’ve been experiencing a whole array of different things..

I’ve lost 15 to 20 pounds in the last year without trying

My appetite is gone or very low

When I am hungry, I don’t find food pleasant looking and therefore still have problems eating

When I do find something, most of the time I can’t eat much of it without feeling full fast or my body rejecting the idea of eating it by gagging and coughing

That’s just the start of it

I was late 2 times on my period back-to-back. In June it was 19 days late, in July it was 7 days late

In August though, it was 7 days early.

I’m not pregnant.. we’ve ruled that out

In July, I got sick and had enlarged or protruding lymph nodes in my neck and groin

I also had pain on my left side between my rib cage and my pelvis that sometimes spread to the lower left, almost groin region and on a bad day, to the right as well. It came and went, usually showing up at night or early in the morning when I sit up out of bed, it would curl me back up in the fetal position until “releasing” the pain

But then it stopped

Sometimes I get sharp pains in my calf or my feet, almost like a vein or something as it usually occurs when I’m driving and my legs are bent or after physical activity when I sit, it’s usually in the right calf.

I’ve had low grade fevers and my body is constantly tired but my mind is wide awake and pretty alert, sometimes making it hard to sleep and my anxiety is through the roof.. I thought I was just stressed but if I am.. it’s getting worse for no reason.

I’ve had constipation and diarrhea back and forth.

As of a week now, the side pain is back, and it doesn’t really go away now but has moments where it gets really intense and puts me in the fetal position, it’s still on the left. Sometimes it feels like something is swollen or squished in there but I can’t see anything.. I’m still struggling to eat, my body is getting weaker, idk what to do

Doctors found fluid near an ovary as if a cyst had ruptured, never had cysts before until now. Then they found a 1 cm benign cyst on my liver and now 2 2mm “polyps” on my gallbladder without the cyst on my liver. The doctor tested my right instead of my left as I had told him where the pain was and he put it down wrong.. this is the 7th or 8th doctor I’ve seen and the 3rd specialist..

please help..
