Making something fun in order to avoid a meltdown (or just to make things easier)
I was reading about how turning things into games can make all the difference in the world when it comes to a kid cooperating. I’d like to hear some success stories regarding this so I can remember them for future reference because I feel like when push comes to shove and I’m dealing with a behavior issue in the moment, that I might be less able to think of a game on the spot. So I would like to be prepared! Please share what “games” work(ed) well for you when it comes to tackling behavior obstacles.
