Help!!!

So I never had females in my life so I know nothing. Don't shame. But my boyfriend came in me twice like less then 5 days before my fertile window on the app of course. But now I am close to my period and every time I pee there's this smell. I can't explain it but there's a smell. What could this be? Never had a yeast infection or uti and it feels normal. No itching nothing. And I stay clean!
