Girl, I have full on therapy sessions with myself sometimes😂 I also have anxiety, so I find it helpful and comforting to talk to myself when I’m alone or in a situation that might make me anxious. Like if I’m about to go grocery shopping, I’ll talk to myself about what I’m going to buy.
