Is this normal??

I had sex with my fwb twice today and okay... bare with me I know this concept may sound weird until I explain it but I feel like I have rug burn on my vagina!! Like the first time around it was fine and then as later in the day we did stuff again, from being fingered to like grinding with clothes on before we actually had sex, I started to feel like raw down there I guess? And the sex didn’t hurt or feel like that but I think the grinding especially is what did it bc with clothes on that friction at first felt nice but later got annoying 😂... anyways... I just want to know if anyone has experienced the same feeling? It makes it hurt to pee a little but it’s not the peeing itself that hurts it’s just from like being sore down there... is that makes sense? I feel like it’s just from being raw and sore but I want to know if I’m alone on this and should be worrying myself crazy!!
