Irregular Period after MC

Before I got pregnant I had two normal periods (one in Feb and one in March) after having my last depo shot last August. I had a MC at 10 weeks in May and bled for two weeks. A month later, June 19, right on time I began my period but I am still bleeding. I am on day 47. I went to the doctor after the bleeding lasted over two weeks and they put me on the pill. I finished one whole cycle on the pill with no change. Has anyone else gone through this? I have another appointment with a new doctor on the 12th.
