Worried

I went to the doctor today and I'm supposed to be 12 w 2 days she put the Doppler on couldn't find the heart beat but she says her Doppler reads there is one about 134-156 bpm so she says maybe it's because I'm a little bigger or something is in the way so ok find than she does a Pap smear pelvic exam whatever u want to call it and she says that my cervix is irritated  and it could be numerous things that triggered it rough sex std (been with the same person for six years that I'm not worried) it could be hormones or ot could be abnormal cells so now I'm thinking the worst I had a miscarriage in dec last year 14 w 5 days and I'm just scared it's going to happen again I go back in a couple days to see if we can hear the heartbeat and if we can't than I go for an emergency us I don't know maybe I'm worrying for nothing but than this hasn't happened before has anyone had this experience or similar and can u maybe tell me negative or positive outcome or any information on what I can do to educate myself on this
