So excited…

So I had my second ultrasound done earlier today. They decided to do one when I first found out at 4 weeks because of having an ectopic pregnancy earlier this year. Which when I had that one I was so happy they found the sac unlike earlier this year. I’m even more excited actually being able to see the baby today and being able to see/hear the heartbeat. I’m officially at 7 wks and 4 days according to my ultrasound and start of my last period. This is my first child and same for my boyfriend as well. As of yesterday I have officially started my morning sickness which mainly has been happening in the afternoon and evening. Anyone have any advice on help with the nausea?
