Skipping straight to solid food?

My daughter hates baby food. She takes like 2 bites and is done with it. But she looks puffs or anything I give her where she can fed herself. She’s also more interested in food I’m eating too     Do some babies just skip baby food and go straight to solids? My daughter is almost 10 months old.

She can absolutely have solid food at 10 months. Many people skip purées altogether, look up baby-led weaning!

Babies don't need purees. They're really not beneficial for them. Definitely, switch to solid foods. Our daughter has been eating normal foods since she was 6 months with zero issues. It's called baby led weaning. Although in your case, it's just traditional weaning because you've already started with purees.
