has any of you deal with this 2 ??

My LO has both his head and side of his face is so dry and flaky & it was oozing the other day... Ive been to the doctor but nothing seems to help of what she has told me to do on him now seeing dermatologist on the 26th but meanwhile I wanna do something to help him :( its so hard seeing how he tries to scratch his head & seeing his head and face all dry hurts me doing so much but not helping at all is worse... if you have any advice. pls keep rude comments to yourself I've posted before and some are not nice Im a FTM and just trying to help my baby!
