Getting ready to move cross country with a 3 month old

I’m gunna need some prayers. We are moving from Texas (Houston) to Ohio (Cleveland)... 20 hour road trip lays ahead of us over the next 4 days. My little girl doesn’t like being in her car seat for more than 30 minutes before she starts screaming.... we split up the drive so we wouldn’t have her in her car seat for more than 4 hours total a day (we will obviously stop occasionally to give her some time to get out, feed, and diaper change). My anxiety is already through the roof. I hate hearing my baby cry. She refuses a pacifier too. So soothing her without actually being able to physically pick her up is nearly impossible. I’m going to sit in the back with her and try and keep her company.
