Am I misscarrying???

I’m 8weeks & 2 days. This past week I’ve been having a lot of pain in my lower stomach and today it’s going throughout my WHOLE stomach is hurts so bad. I haven’t had any bleeding or anything. Just a lot of cramps and pain. I also have a cyst but I’ve had it with all of my pregnancy they said it’s a fluid cyst? I’m not sure if maybe it busted or I’m misscarrying or something but I haven’t had any bleeding.... what can it be?

Yes I drink a lot of water. & I’ve had a sono last week baby had a heartbeat but I was still in pain then.
