Could I have mistaken implantation bleeding for my period?

My last period was 18th September, but it was 7days late (I’m never late). I did two tests and they showed negative. My period was very light and mainly pinky and some browny red. It lasted 2 days but then 24 hours of no period and then I got some really light pinky loss again. I thought nothing of it as I thought it was my period.

However my next period isn’t due for 2 weeks and I just don’t feel right. Some dizziness, Cramping, little waves of nausea, back ache. If I did a test would it show up? Just wondering if anyone has had a similar experience.
