Spotting after 3 days of sex?!?

2 in a half weeks ago (September 15) me and my boyfriend had protected sex (condom). During sex there was a moment when he got a little rough and it hurt for a second. But 3 days after we had sex (September 18) I was using the restroom and I wiped and there was blood on my tissue paper; the blood was pinkish and reddish. Also I already had my period for the month (September 8-10) but it only lasted 2 days instead of the usual 4. Now it’s about a week and a half since the bleeding issue and I’ve been constipated and very tired for 2 days but I assumed it was from me eating very unhealthy lately. Also since last night I’ve been peeing more often it’s only 8am and I’ve peed three times already.

I haven’t taken a pregnancy test yet because my next period is 4 days from now and I was going to wait til I missed it.

Does anyone knows what’s going on?!?!
