Prozac while pregnant

So my psychiatrist put me back on Prozac after a rough 19 weeks without it - problem is - My unborn has a 50% chance of being born with hemophilia and Prozac increases bleeding risk. I called my OB and they're scheduling me an appointment with the High risk department. They told me to take my Prozac in the meantime but I haven't started it yet so I'm waiting. I don't feel right reducing the clotting ability in a possible hemophiliac. What would you do? Would you trade in your depression for anxiety and guilt?
