I know this isn’t my place but...

Last month was the hardest month of my life, I had a chemical pregnancy. I feel terrible because I stressed out and it lead to me losing my baby, I’m trying for another but I need some advice on what products work well with trying to conceive and what I should be doing health wise to lead me to conception. I know this isn’t my place but I was coming here to see if you ladies can help me become a mother.
