Preterm Labor?

I’m 34w3d and I believe i could be having signs of preterm labor, but not completely sure. I told my OB on Thursday all the symptoms I’ve been having and she said it sounded normal and nothing to worry about. I’ve had constant back pain, been nauseous and vomited a couple of times yesterday, intense menstrual like cramps w/ diarrhea, lots of pelvic pressure and contractions range from 10mins - 30mins and back down to 10 - 15mins apart. As for baby movement, she’s been moving but I feel like its been a little less than usual. I think it would probably be better to be seen by triage than her (my Ob) at this point. (She didn’t check my cervix either at my appointment even though I asked her to). Anyone else experience these symptoms and it was normal? I most likely will go in to get checked anyways just to ease my mind.
