I need help

1. Sept 30th my period stopped, Oct 1st I had pink very spotting (only when I wipe). So Oct 5th & 6th I've been experiencing mild cramping like bloating cramping. Im never bloated after my period, heck I never cramp after my period. My period are the same every single month except this one. Has anyone experience this before or know what it COULD be? Oh yea my last miscarriage, when I found out I was pregnant I took a test the day before AF n was bfn then took another one the day after AF ended n was BFP
