Exercise while sick
Okay so I have tonsillitis and an ear infection. But I've recently been doing some leg, butt and tummy exercises and feeling good about myself. Basically squats, planks, pelvic lifts, crunches and some leg lifts. Would it still be OK to do this while sick (I'm on antibiotics and booked off for 2 days) or if not, how long should I wait?
