Baby poops about 5 times a day. Anyone else having this issue..?

My daughter will be one on 29th of Oct and she started to poop 4-5 times a day since she had her last 2 teeth. She has 7 teeth in total. Except teething, there has been no change in her health and she has no fever or sickness. She is ebf and we introduced her all “allergenic foods” except honey since 5,5 months so there has been no change in her diet as well. But because of all that bowel movement she hasn’t gained much within these last 2-3 months and of course it causes diaper rash almost every day if we aren’t careful enough. I try to wash her butt instead of wiping at every change and apply Aquaphor afterwards. That is the best way to keep the rash away. Our dr thinks it is the teething but she had the last tooth 6 weeks ago and I don’t see any signs of molars yet. Does anyone else experiencing this with teething? If your baby already has molars, how long did it take for them to come out?
